Support through relocation and moving countries
Moving country touches every part of life — language, identity, friendships, daily routines, sense of home. The practical to-do list eventually ends. The emotional adjustment takes longer. This is a calm, understanding space to talk through that quieter work.
Who this is for
- People who have recently moved to a new country or city
- Expats navigating culture shock, loneliness, or identity shifts
- Families relocating and adjusting together
- Long-term expats who still feel between two places
What I offer
- Relocation Adjustment Support — focused sessions for the emotional side of moving
- Tools for building belonging, routine, and connection in a new place
- Space to talk about what you've left behind and what you're becoming
- Sessions in English and Russian, online from anywhere
How I work
I bring both psychology background and personal experience of relocation. We start where you are — overwhelmed, in-between, or quietly homesick — and work toward a softer, more grounded sense of being here.
Common questions
I moved years ago. Is this still for me?
Yes. Adjustment isn't linear, and many people come to this work months or years after the move, when life finally slows down enough to feel it.
Do I need to be in a particular country?
No — sessions are fully online. Clients join from across Europe, North America, and beyond.
Can sessions be in Russian?
Yes. Choose whichever language feels most natural to talk in.
No pressure
Just a conversation, when you're ready.
Share a few words about what's on your mind. I read every message personally and reply within two working days.
