Support theme

Support through divorce and separation

Divorce reshapes almost everything — identity, routines, family, future plans. You don't have to carry it alone. This is a calm, judgment-free space to talk through what's happening, regain your footing, and quietly start rebuilding a life that feels like your own.

Who this is for

  • People going through separation or in the middle of a divorce
  • Anyone freshly post-divorce who feels lost, exhausted, or numb
  • Co-parents trying to find a steadier rhythm
  • Those rebuilding identity and confidence after a long relationship ended

What I offer

  • 60-minute reflection sessions to untangle what feels heaviest
  • A structured Rebuilding After Divorce package — three guided sessions over 4–6 weeks
  • Longer Transition Journey support for ongoing companionship
  • Lived-experience guidance — I've walked this path personally

How I work

Sessions are private, online, and shaped around your pace. There are no scripts and no advice you didn't ask for — just thoughtful conversation, practical tools, and steady support as you make sense of this chapter.

Common questions

Is this therapy?

No. I'm a life coach and mentor with a psychology background, not a licensed therapist. My work is supportive companionship and practical guidance, not clinical treatment.

When is the right time to reach out?

There is no wrong time. People come to me while still deciding, in the middle of separation, or years after a divorce when something resurfaces. Start when it feels useful.

Do you offer sessions in Russian?

Yes — sessions are available in both English and Russian.

No pressure

Just a conversation, when you're ready.

Share a few words about what's on your mind. I read every message personally and reply within two working days.
